Thank you for shopping with Pulse 360º. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays) after payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We ship across South Africa using Pudo by Fastway, offering convenient locker-to-locker and door-to-locker delivery options.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

How Pudo Works

  1. At checkout, select your nearest Pudo locker as your delivery point.
  2. Once your parcel arrives at the locker, you will receive an SMS and/or email notification with a unique PIN to collect your parcel.
  3. Parcels must be collected within 5 calendar days of the notification. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply.
  4. To find your nearest Pudo locker, visit www.pudo.co.za.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Digital Products

Our wellness programs (e.g., Delulu is the Solulu phases) are digital products delivered electronically via email or an online platform. No physical shipping applies to these products. Access details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

5. International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Pulse 360º is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address and Pudo locker selection are correct before completing your order. Pulse 360º is not liable for parcels that are delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. A re-delivery fee may apply to redirect or resend a parcel.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Info@pulse360glow.co.za or call +27 79 178 0754. We will liaise with the courier on your behalf to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
