Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) No. 68 of 2008 of South Africa. By purchasing from Pulse 360º, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

1. Your Rights Under the Consumer Protection Act

As a consumer in South Africa, you have the following rights under the CPA:

  • Right to return goods (Section 56 – Implied warranty of quality): If a product is defective, unsafe, or not of good quality, you may return it within 6 months of purchase for a repair, replacement, or full refund — at your election.
  • Right to cooling-off period (Section 16): If you purchased as a result of direct marketing, you have the right to cancel the transaction within 5 business days of receiving the goods, without penalty.
  • Right to safe, good-quality goods (Section 55): All products sold by Pulse 360º must be reasonably suitable for the purpose they are intended for and of good quality.

2. Physical Products (Supplements & Skincare)

We accept returns on physical products under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery.
  • The return is requested within 7 days of receiving the order for change-of-mind returns (product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging).
  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplements or skincare products, unless the product is defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us within the applicable period at info@pulse360glow.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied, in which case Pulse 360º will cover the return shipping cost.

3. Digital Products (Wellness Programs)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital wellness programs are final once access has been granted or the digital content has been delivered. We do not offer refunds on digital products after access has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased program, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.

This is consistent with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) No. 25 of 2002, which allows exclusion of the cooling-off right for digital content that has been made available with the consumer’s prior consent.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at info@pulse360glow.co.za.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements or skincare products (unless defective)
  • Digital products after access has been granted
  • Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
