Are your supplements SAHPRA compliant?

Yes. All Pulse 360° Glow supplements are formulated to meet South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) guidelines. Our products are intended to support general health maintenance and overall wellness. These statements have not been evaluated by SAHPRA, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

What's the difference between Inositol, Berberine, and Vitamin D3?

Inositol Complex: Formulated to support your body's natural processes and overall wellness, particularly beneficial as part of a hormone-balancing routine.

Berberine Plus: Supports general health maintenance and cellular wellness, designed to work synergistically with your skincare routine.

Vitamin D3: Essential for general health maintenance, helps support your wellness foundation from within.

All three are part of our Inner Health pillar and work together as part of the complete 360° system.

Can I take all three supplements together?

Yes. Our supplements are designed to work synergistically as part of the complete Pulse 360° system. However, we always recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you're taking other medications or have existing health conditions.

How do your supplements work with skincare?

The Pulse 360° Glow difference is our integrated approach. Our Inner Health supplements support your body's natural processes from within, while our Skin Vitality products nourish your skin from the outside. When used together, they create synergy for optimal radiance. For example, hormone-balancing supplements can support skin health, which is then enhanced by our barrier repair formulations.

Are your products suitable for vegans/vegetarians?

How long does it take to see results?

Results vary by individual and depend on consistency. Most customers notice initial shifts in energy and wellbeing within 2-4 weeks of consistent use. Can I use your products if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

We strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using any supplements or active skincare ingredients during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Your health and your baby's health are the top priority.

What is the Delulu is the Solulu challenge?

Delulu is the Solulu is a 90-day transformation program that integrates all four pillars of the Pulse 360° system: Inner Health (supplements), Outer Strength (movement), Skin Vitality (skincare), and Spiritual Alignment (high-frequency teachings). It's structured in three phases: Foundation (FREE), Alignment (paid), and Glitch (paid).

Is Phase 1 really free?

Yes! Phase 1: Foundation (Days 1-30) is completely FREE. It's our way of introducing you to the Pulse 360° method and building trust before you invest in the full 90-day program. You'll receive daily WhatsApp protocols, weekly spiritual teachings, and community support at no cost.

Do I need to buy your products to participate in the challenge?

No. While we recommend our SAHPRA-compliant Pulse 360° supplements and skincare for optimal synergy, you can use comparable products you already have. The focus is on consistency and the integration of all four pillars, not specific products. However, our formulations are specifically designed to work together for maximum results.

How does the WhatsApp group work?

After signing up for Phase 1, you'll receive an invitation to join the main WhatsApp group. Every morning, you'll get a brief message with your daily protocol across all four pillars, plus your spiritual alignment journal prompt. The group is also your community space for sharing wins, asking questions, and staying accountable. Phase 2 and 3 participants move to an exclusive paid group with deeper support.

What if I miss a day or fall behind?

The goal is progress, not perfection. If you miss a day, simply pick up where you left off. The protocols are designed to be flexible and forgiving. The community and daily WhatsApp messages will help keep you on track.

Can I join Phase 2 or 3 without completing the previous phases?

No. Each phase builds on the previous one. Phase 2 requires completion of Phase 1 (Foundation), and Phase 3 requires completion of both Phase 1 and Phase 2. The teachings and practices are sequential for maximum transformation.

What's included in the VIP upgrade?

The VIP upgrade (R499) includes a 15-minute 1:1 "Script Audit" WhatsApp voice note coaching session. You'll receive personalized analysis of your specific blocks and patterns, custom action steps, and frequency-shifting techniques tailored to your journey. This can be used during Phase 2 or Phase 3.

Is there a refund policy for the paid phases?

Due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to exclusive content, we do not offer refunds once you've enrolled in Phase 2 or Phase 3. However, we encourage you to complete the FREE Phase 1 first to ensure the program is right for you before investing in the paid phases.

When do new cohorts start?

We launch new cohorts monthly. Check our challenge page for the next start date or join our email list to be notified when enrollment opens.

What happens after Day 90?

After completing the 90-day program, you'll have a complete 360° wellness system that you can maintain independently. You'll also be matched with an accountability partner, receive an integration workbook, and gain access to our alumni community for ongoing support. Graduates also get first access to future advanced programs.

Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within South Africa. We're working on expanding to other African countries and international markets. Join our email list to be notified when we expand shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within South Africa takes 3-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer FREE shipping on orders over R500 within South Africa.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your products, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@pulse360glow.co.za with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements or skincare products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our customer service team at hello@pulse360glow.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

What if I received the wrong product?

We sincerely apologize if you received the wrong product. Please contact us immediately at hello@pulse360glow.co.za with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Account & Subscriptions

How does Subscribe & Save work?

Subscribe & Save allows you to receive your favorite products automatically at your chosen frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days) and save 15% on every order. You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.

Can I change my subscription frequency?

Yes! Log into your account, go to "Manage Subscriptions," and you can change the delivery frequency, skip a delivery, or update your products at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard under "Manage Subscriptions." There are no cancellation fees or penalties. If you need assistance, contact us at hello@pulse360glow.co.za.

When will my subscription renew?

Your subscription will renew based on the frequency you selected (30, 60, or 90 days). You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before your next shipment is processed, giving you time to make any changes.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Yes! You can add or remove products from your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes made before your renewal date will be reflected in your next shipment.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
